Dolphin Dreamer is one of the very popular Dolphin 460 cruising cats built in Brazil. These fine cats, built with foam core are super sailors and offer an excellent blend of performance, quality, and comfort. She sports two large daggerboards, a powerful rig, and a full complement of sails, including a gennaker on a sprit + spinnaker.

To make it all even better, she is a true owner version layout, with her starboard hull having a large aft master bed with storage amidships and a spacious walk-in shower and head forward. To port she has a forward and an aft suite, a pantry and a large combined shower and head.

She just completed a transatlantic passage from France with her owners onboard. The boat was extensively prepared in advance of the passage including new standing rigging, new gennaker, new batteries, sail drive and engine maintenance, new alternators, new AIS and Iridium Go, new life raft. She has been continuously maintained and upgraded including new main and genoa in 2016. See the detailed upgrades list attached. She is a single owner boat and ready for immediate sale.

Ideally equipped for long term live-aboard, her specification includes a large 12KVA generator (400 hours), watermaker and solar power. Two Volvo 40 HP engines with low hours (2300) will push her at 6-8 knots.

Pontoons, platform and deck: Vacuum-bound fiberglass composite, polyester resin and PVC foam core (Divinicel)
This construction process adopts the vacuum bag lamination system which successfully associates resistance with minimal amounts of material. The end result is a lightweight and very resistant composite similar to the kind observed in high performance racing cars.
The fibers contained in this composite run in a multitude of directions to properly meet the strain and tension the vessel experiences.
The structural bulkheads are projected and manufactured in PVC (Divinicel) with vacuum-bound bi-axial glass fiber. The project includes two water-tight bulkheads in each pontoon.
The rudders are built in polyester-glass, vacuum bound around a high density PVC (Divinicel) frame.
The rudder axles are made of 316L stainless steel
